1. Order Inspection & Reporting Issues
Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue faster, customers are encouraged to share:

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A short unboxing video (recommended for damage-related claims)
Note: An unboxing video is not mandatory for all returns, but may be requested in cases of visible damage or transit-related issues.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Due to international shipping and customs regulations, returns for change of mind or personal preference may not be eligible.

International return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Such delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
